Standard STAR type questioning throughout most of the panel interview, with a few more human-type questions. You definitely get the feel that it is a small, family-type company form the questioning. Even the STAR questioning is done in a matter that avoids sounding robotic or used for general screening. The 1-on-1 was laid back and was a true, get to know you, type interview. Very thorough.
