Abrasive and Demeaning. No recognition of years of candidate's experience or any interest in helping candidate achieve their career goals. No discussion on organisation culture, goals or mission. Can expect to be tested like a Final year medical student on diagnosis and management of certain conditions as part of the 'interview' i.e. knowing guideline minutie at fingertips

Smooth, all good. Very professional and is efficient in the interview process. Interviewer was very nice and professional. Job scope is also discussed and comfort levels were asked. All is good.
