1 interview with county supervisor and training officer
1 peer interview.
overall the interviewers and very nice,
during the peer interview they ask you a few scenario questions but nothing too difficult
It was a straightforward process. 2 interviews - HR and Hiring Manager - mostly about prior experience and passion towards healthcare. The supervisor conducted one of the interviews to match my qualification to the requirements.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Parkview Health in Jul 2025
Interview
Recruiter set up an interview with hiring manager. Very basic questions about experience. Hiring manager was not very engaged, it came across that they already had someone in mind for the position and was a waste of my time. Reached out to the recruiter for a status update 2 weeks after my initial interview only to never hear back. I eventually received the canned email response of "thank you but we hired someone else" - Parkview also came across as a struggling organization, at least that's the vibe the hiring manager gave.
