I went to a hiring event at a local restaurant downtown. I was completely unprepared to interview and was very underdressed; I thought it was more of a casual meet and greet where I could ask some questions. I signed in and chatted with other leaders about the position and moving up into residency. I was very awkward because I realized how unprepared I was. When I finally followed up with a recruiter months later, she said they already wanted to hire me. All I had to do was apply and got the job.

I was interviewed 1-1 by the float pool manager, followed by someone who works in administration, and then a peer interview with 3 PCTs. After the interview I went and shadowed for a few hours. In about 3 days I received an offer.
