I had a virtual interview with both heads of my department and they were super warm and welcoming. They made me feel confident and even gave me feedback at the end. It didn't feel like a formal interview, rather more like a lunch with colleagues. We talked about my experiences and they shared some of theirs with me (without violating HIPAA, of course) and it was just conversational. I ended up getting the job! Best interview ever!
