I recently went through the interview process for a Consultant position. While I was initially excited about the opportunity and dedicated significant time and effort to prepare for the interviews (1st round presentation), I was ultimately disappointed by the lack of communication and feedback provided by the hiring team. After investing so much energy into preparing for what seemed like a promising opportunity, receiving a generic, impersonal rejection email was disheartening. It left me feeling undervalued as a candidate and left me with unanswered questions about my performance and how I could improve in the future.
