It began with a phone interview, which was very casual. You spoke to the recruiter so they knew a little more about you and helped setup the meeting with your potential manager. The first in person interview is very direct, questions about yourself and skillset. Things to expect and questions about how you can overcome obstacles they describe for you. The second interview is with the director of the department you're applying for. This one is more technical. Questions about your salary, benefits, workplace environment and who you report to. Since it requires both english and spanish, after the two interviews you are asked to take an english exam to determine your level of proficiency.
