Was contacted pretty quickly after applying. Standard screening by recruiter. They explained the process. They were very adamant how they don't leave people hanging in the process. Then didn't have any follow up. Was disappointed but not surprised to see it happened after all the reassurances to the contrary.

Interview
Total 3 rounds,
Round 1 : Manager round, 2 managers took my interview and it was not much difficult, more of situation based questions.
Round 2: Director round, it was very difficult and went for more than 1 hour, lots of technical and situation based questions.
Round 3: HR round, was just a formality and background verification was done.
Within a week got offer letter, HR person was very cooperative and helpful and most importantly response was there for all my questions throughout my interview process which was around 1 month on an average.
