I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Parchment (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2017
Interview
I first had a phone screen with a recruiter. She seemed knowledgeable about the position itself, and answered all my questions about the company. At the end of the call, she said she would share her feedback with the SVP, and then set up an interview with him if applicable. The next day I received an email and was able to set up a call with him the following day. We had a great conversation where he asked about my prior work experience. He allowed me time to ask several questions as well, which doesn't always happen. Both persons were very respectful and energized about their company, and asked directly applicable questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Parchment (London, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
There should've been two interviews, and I eventually had only one interview in random hotel in London with two people (one based in Ireland and another one in the USA). Generally interview went nice, questions weren't hard.
The only frustrating part was to wait for three weeks to hear back and receive no feedback which is unusual for UK

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Parchment (Denver, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
I spoke with my immediate supervisor, then the VP in the Denver office, then the person who referred me, as he told me about the day to day of the job and such. They all were very nice and asked great questions
