3 interviews, the first was with recruiter, the second was with manager, the last was with a Director. The interview process was direct and to the point. No test or presentation, just discussion of role and experience
Communication was prompt and expectations were clearly set as to what the rest of the interview process would look like. The phone screen was very informative as to what the role would entail and who they were looking for.

Very poor interview process in general. Interviewers did not seem interested and a high sense of power dynamic was present.
The interview was conducted over video. The three of them did not introduce themselves other than by name and had video off the entire time. During our technical discussion portion, their response to all my questions were “yeah okay sounds about right”. It felt very rushed through all the questions and seemed like just a type of “answer the question to pass” interview as opposed to actually creating discussion. Nothing wrong with asking many technical questions but at least provide a better response to the candidate.
Coding part wasn’t bad since coding is coding and my code complied fine and gave the correct answer.
Normally companies allow asking questions at the end of interviews even if it goes over time but these guys straight up did not let me ask questions because we used all the time for the interview. Seemed like they were in a rush to leave because it was the end of the day for them.
The interview is a good way for companies to learn about the candidate but also a good way for the candidate to learn about the company. This was not a positive experience overall and even if the work itself/compensation is good, if the interview experience is bad people will stay away.
