In my case, my friend made the employee referral and I received a link to accounting test, which had to be completed in 20-30 minutes. The test included basic accounting questions related to financial statements, definition of reconciliation, double-entry bookkeeping, debit and credit related tasks. After successful completion, the company invited for face-to-face interview.
