Interview
Interview process was fairly quick.
I applied on a Sunday and heard back on Friday requesting a phone interview. My phone interview was the next Monday after which the recruiter said she will pass along my resume to the hiring team. I heard back EOD Monday that the team would like to meet me in person.
I was to interviewing with 3 people who did not work in the same office, so on Wednesday, I had an in person interview with the Account Executive that I'd be working with and the interim team Manager and on Friday I had a phone call with the Account Director. She gave positive feedback and let me know that she wanted me to meet the Sales Director and VP as well. I met with the VP and Director the next Wednesday.
HR followed up the Monday after that she heard positive things and I am still a top applicant. On Wednesday, I got an email requesting references and then after receiving all references on Thursday, they let me know that they were working on putting an offer together for me.
After that, I got an update everyday until I got the approved verbal offer on Tuesday the week after.

Interview
I had 3 first round interviews in a week, and they all went well. Then followed up with the recruiter, and heard nothing for weeks. Very poor communication and I don't think they knew what they were looking for, which translated very poorly in the interviews.
During the interview process, I went through two interviews with current employees at the Account Executive/Director level, where I talked about previous work experience. Also talked with the Manager of Account Managers who I would work with to get a feel for what the position's day-to-day would be like.

The process was long, went maybe 4 rounds in group interview with different people from the team that is hiring. The interview was done over zoom and was scheduled within 2 weeks of contact.
