Very behavioral. I would recommend knowing what's happening in the digital world and where CBS stands in comparison. If this is a position you want, you just have to prove that you are capable and can put in the work. The questions you will be asked are just based on how familiar you are with the site. I recommend having knowledge of the site/app.

Interview
Great interview process, only waited about 2 weeks to hear back from the final interview. Interesting to learn the two sides of the company regarding cable and streaming. Straight forward questions and interviewers were really nice and easy to communicate with.
