I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied through a University portal and about a month later or so I got a random phone call at 7pm asking if I wanted to do a phone interview the next day. After the phone interview, I was contacted to do an in-person interview. The people who interviewed were the team leaders and they asked the typical questions any interviewer would ask. It was supposed last for at least an hour, but it only went for 30 minutes. But for the most part they were nice and gave me a tour of their facilities.

Question 1
They pretty much asked the typical questions like how did you find about this role, tell me a little about yourself, why do you want to work at CBS Interactive, describe a time when you had to cope with stress, etc
I applied online and was contacted 2 days later for an interview. The phone interview was with an intern from HR. The interview was very standard and consisted of basic questions and casual conversation. At the end of the interview, he told me the job I was interviewing for was currently unavailable (this was in October) and asked if I would be okay with waiting until after the holidays for it. The worst part was that because he was an intern, I lost contact with him after his internship (followed up with him several times and was never told his internship was ending) and by the time I got a hold of somebody else in HR, the job had already been filled. If you're interviewed by an intern like I was, definitely ask for a backup contact.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Paramount (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
It took over four months to actually receive the job. It started with a phone screen and then an in person interview was set up two months later. and I didn't accept and start until two months later.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount
Interview
Pretty straight forward. Just know why you're interested in the role, how you manage multiple tasks and digital advertising buzz words. I had an initial phone interview and scheduled an on site interview shortly after. I interviewed with two other managers and interview was average. After a couple weeks and emails later, i received a call for the offer!
