Phone Screening - really threw me for a loop. The questions being pre-recorded didn't make me feel any less anxious about being interviewed. Really wish I was talking to a human being.

Interview

Came into the office and sat down with some leads. Answered their questions and then was able to ask my own. After that, the interviewers and I went out for lunch. I was given the offer for hire then.
