Paragon Group (UK) interview questions

I'm not too sure what to say. I don't usually leave reviews on here, but thought I would due to my experience. I was sent an invite for an interview slot which I could not make, and the link provided to change it did not allow me to do so. I emailed recruitment to get it changed, but they did not respond until I sent a second chaser. The email stated I would be called on my mobile, but the link in the email said it would be a Teams call. I emailed recruitment, who said it would be a call. To be on the safe side I logged into Teams at the start of the interview. Luckily I did, because it was on Teams. At the start of the interview I was told the interviewers did not have a copy of my CV, which was off putting and made it difficult having to explain my background to someone who had a blank canvas of me. This was poor, as I would have expected the interviewers to have at least reviewed my CV beforehand or ensured they had copys I'm not sure if this was down to laziness or poor planning, but having to explain my experience from scratch was very difficult and threw me off during the interview. Throughout the interview the atmosphere was dry and it felt like the interviewers did not want to be there or did not want to interview me. Furthermore, being told, "We are a tight team and we recruit from within," made me realise everything I needed to know about the company and the department, and at that point I knew I would not be progressed further.

fairly simple process, good questions and built a good rapport with my interviewer. Wasn't long until I got contacted about the interview and offered a job. Nothing to worry about for this
