Paper Tube interview questions

Applied on line. Was e-mailed for a video request, as then asked for an in person interview. I thought both went well. Was told that I would be invited for a 3rd interview with the owner of the company. I was ghosted after that. Called my interviewer and left a VM, e-mailed mailed him for a any feedback or follow up.....never heard a word.
