I applied online. I interviewed at Papa John's (Roxboro, NC) in Sep 2018
Interview
No interview. Was told to come in for an interview, but it was basically 3 questions. No background questions, work history inquiries, just wanted to know if I could drive and if I had a car and insurance. Almost turned down the position because management only cared if you are breathing and able to work, didn't want to know anything about your abilities or background. Turnover very high because of this, employees come and go like a revolving door.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have a reliable car, driver's license, and insurance?
Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
