Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Papa John's (Peoria, IL) in Jan 2010
Interview
The marquee said "Hiring drivers." So I went in and talked to the general manager. He was super nice. He said he would let me work that night if there wasn't paperwork to process. I was working within a week. We did one interview right there on the spot. It was mostly about availability, working vehicle, and willing to work nights.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
