I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Papa John's in Jun 2011
Interview
I told them I wanted to work for the summer and that I had a car. They got down my information and called me back the next day. I just sat with the manager as he went on deliveries and we talked about the position and what's expected of me at the job. Back in the store, he showed me where everything in the store was and what to do between deliveries. IT's a pretty easy job, just have to have good customer service skills for 30 seconds when theyre at the door. Beware of politics with other drivers though, they'll try to steal your deliveries.
Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
