The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Eden Prairie, MN) in Dec 2014
Interview
Met with the Bakery Market Manager at the cafe I applied for. Interview lasted a little over an hour. Standard interview questions. Made a ton of small talk, the manager was very easy to talk to, and took the time to listen. I had to tell them I would only accept their offer with conditions, they met them all, I got a call back and started two weeks later.
