Applied online and got a text from the manager to come in for an interview. I came in and was offered a drink while I waited. Interview took an hour and the manager was nice. I came back a week later for a second interview and was asked more about hours and availability. They were both okay but I had to wait quite a while and I felt very intimidated.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
