It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Stuart, FL) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied in store on a Saturday, and was sent an email on Wednesday to schedule an interview on either Thursday or Friday. I scheduled it for Friday at 8:45am, and when I came in I had to sign in, and there were 2 other people ahead of me for interviews. When it was my turn she took me to a table in the store and told me to calm down, that it was a 'meet and greet'. The lady that was interviewing me was so nice and easy to talk to, and was just asking me basic questions and taking note on me. I knew I got the job when she started going over the dress code with me, and after she finished going over the dress code she offered me the job, which I accepted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Naperville, IL) in May 2021
Interview
They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Middletown, NY)
Interview
The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
