The interview process took about 2 weeks. There was a grand opening for a new panera and they were looking for people immediately. About two days after I applied, I was scheduled for an interview the following monday with the GM. It was very chill and laid back. You'll get asked a few general questions about customer service and your work history. It'll take about 10 minutes or so. At the end, the GM wanted to schedule a follow up interview with the store manager a week from that day. The second interview was a little overwhelming but casual and fun. Schedule and pay were discussed as well as training locations. 3 days after my following up, I got the offer for the job.
