Interview
I was called by a manager 1.5 hrs after I applied online. During the call they asked me what hourly rate I expected, I said $11, he said they could only do $9.50 and I said I could do that. At my interview another manager was not privy to this information and offered me $10. The nominal things they looked for were eye contact, if you smiled, and if you could speak coherently.
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
