I called in and asked if they were hiring and they said to come in and fill in an application and they have open interviews from 2-4, O was then asked general questions and they wanted me to come in for a second interview, at that interview I was asked more personal questions and I got offered the job on the spot.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
