One on one interview in person. Asked about customer service skills. Make sure you are friendly and smile a lot. The manager was laid back and chill. Interviewed inside of the panera in a booth. He also bought me my lunch on my first day of work.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
