Interview
Overall, it was a really good interview; it gave an insight of what the company was looking for as well as stating the purpose of Panera. I applied on 3/24, got a call back on 3/25, and an interview for 3/30. The manager had us sit at table inside the restaurant for the interview. He explained how Panera's purpose is to provide excellent service to customers and what was needed for the position I applied for. It took about 30 minutes, and he said if I got the job I'd get a call back within the next few days.
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
