The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry
Interview
It was a one on one interview. It was done in a cafe next to the store as the back rooms are barely walk in closet sized. This caused a lot of noise disruption which seemed to annoy the manager. The manager talked about herself, time with the company and other employees. I had worked for the company before so I knew most of what would be asked. She wasn't thrilled with me wanting more hours so that's probably why I didn't get an offer. It's a shame since I had experience and open availability.

Interview
Interview was simple, standard questions. It seems like if you are bubbly and can talk about the brand in a sentimental way you will probably get the job. Basically, they want people who understand that the brand is about storytelling through jewelry so just convince them you do.
I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
There was an initial 15 - 20 min online assessment with hypothetical questions and personality questions. I then "talked" with what I think was an AI about scheduling an in-person interview. Then there was a 30 min in-person interview.

Assessment: "Rank the best and worst way to respond in this scenario from the options below."
In Person Interview: "How would you sell me this pen?"
Overall, it was straight forward. Store manager asked a few questions that required me to give an example relating to the question. It wasn’t stressful and it is what you would expect.
