I had a great interview experience with Pando. There were five rounds of interviews: one assessment, followed by two technical rounds, a technical hiring manager round, and finally an HR round. All the interviews went smoothly, and the interviewers were incredibly pleasant people. It was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had. Each round happened quickly, and the HR team at Pando was super fast and very kind. They always responded to my calls with kindness.

Interview
Total five rounds of evaluation. First round is online assessment. Followed by three technical interviews and one HR round. In technical rounds, I was asked questions related to data structures and algorithms and questions related to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DBMS, Backend and Frontend. HR round was of questions related to my past experience and challenges that I have faced during my previous jobs.

The complete interview process was smooth. With DSA, System design rounds and managerial round. Followed by HR round. Overall Positive experience on interview.
Good dsa skills is recommended. Focus on system design also.
