Had an interview in their Mississauga office with hiring manager and one more staff. No follow up email, no call, no feedback. Even after I tried to follow up by email with HR manager Sandra B. there was no response ever. I find this disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional attitude. There is nothing wrong to inform your candidates about the results of your interview.

How is your experience with entering orders in SAP?
Few rounds, good interview experience but no proper feedback from the team after the decision. No transparency regarding visa sponsorship situation either, which was disappointing especially given that the HR Lead was present during meeting.
Task was fairly easy and not that difficult, interview questions were also relevant for the role.

I applied online and had a brief phone screen with an HR member. I interviewed at their Newark, NJ location. The interview was one-on-one, about 45 minutes in length and fairly easy.
