Palmercare Chiropractic interview questions

Phone interview for ~15 min, leading to zoom interview for ~30 min. Dr Corey seems interested at this point, leading to a 4 hour in person interview. I shadowed at 3 different clinics, and adjusted 2 different doctors. Afterwards, I was told that my skills didn't match any of the clinics I visited.

1st Fill out interview packet with basic experience and questions. 2nd group interview asking why do you want to work here and why health is important to you. 3rd get called back for a shadow interview where the goal is for you to go around introducing yourself and talking to everyone. If the doctors and employee like your vibe youll be hired. They will want to start at 18 but always ask for a dollar more. The company is cheap and doesnt want to pay their employees more or even fix up their clinics.
