It is transparent, consisting of five panels: the line manager, finance unit, compliance unit, senior management team, and the HR Specialist. The questions are case-based,, while some are related to USAID Compliance and office management skills.

Interview
The interview was over the phone and was a screening interview. The questions were fairly basic and clearly from a script, which is fine for a screening, first-round interview. My issue was that the interviewer didn't know any details about the position and what type of project it would be serving, what team it would sit with and any background on it.
