Standard interview process. I spoke with a recruiter, did some aptitude testing, had a call with a few hiring managers and got very standard questions. They totally disappeared. I followed up twice and got no response-- that felt very unprofessional. I won't apply for any more roles with Palladium.

Question 1
Standard interview questions. Talk about yourself, why do you want this job, etc.
The interview process went well, all remote due to COVID. Questions were expected. It was a large panel (approx 5 interviewers). HR was easy to communicate with to liaise with regarding the interview and all other aspects of the job search.
Received a phone screener and then no follow up. The screening call was pretty normal and took about 30 minutes; recruiter was helpful and friendly to talk with. Usual questions about past experience and interest in the role.
