Interview
I went to a direct hire job fair through HTI. I had an short interview with a HTI representative. Then I had an a interview with a representative (HR) from Pall. From there I was told someone would get back with me if they decided to move forward .

Interview
Interview was good very easy and basic. I would do it all over again. Asked about your past job. What you did how you did it. Really gave me a positive vibe figured i had the job. But once again it was a let down.

I had a interview with over 5 experience. And was told did not have enough. I know 5s , lean and did 7 Kai Zan projects. So not sure why i was not hired
