The interview process was a great experience. 1st I was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Representative and had a short conversation where we talked through my background. The 2nd step I was a second Interview with the Senior Manager to further look over my background and have an informal conversation on work ethics. The 3rd step was an on-site interview. Everyone that sat in on the interview was Profesional and relaxed during the interview. I was asked common interview questions along with some newer questions that I had to think about for a little bit before I answered them. The final step to this process was a 4 hr. Online simulation that is run by a 3rd party. I had to demonstrate my way of managing people and resources throughout this process. I was able to take a break after each hour or section that I completed. Once this was all completed I was given a very fair offer. Once I accepted the offer I had to fill out a background check which only took 20 minutes and then take a drug test. After 2 days I received the email that I was all set to start. This was one of the best interview experiences that I have had and the company's process is the best I have ever seen. I was never worried about what was going on during the process and any questions I did have were answered in a timely fashion so I never felt out of the loop.
