Pair Team had a thorough, challenging, yet fair and overall fast interview process. I had an initial phone call with a recruiter, followed by a call with the hiring manager, and concluded with a full-day simulated case study interview. The case study allowed me to learn a lot about the company's business and ask many questions of the company's leaders directly. This was a great example of an interview process that indexes heavily on a structured work product and minimizes bias in the hiring process.
