I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Pai Skincare (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
I just wanted to let you know that this process was painful for me in the sense it was too long, with loads of hurdles. Usually, for a non managerial role, it should be 2 stages max, not 3. I have never had a personality test, and a presentation before, like I was applying for a job at GCHQ or something.
If you were struggling to find candidates, you would have planned a very quick process, but when you have 200+ candidates applying, you can afford to take your time. Fair enough.
t was a complete waste of time for me, and I would have loved to have this feedback in June rather than waiting for 7 weeks.
Getting negative feedback is part of the process, but what's not fair is to make people go through hurdles, that are not necessary.
I have learned one thing though : I will not be involved in lengthy processes in the future, it should be 1 stage for a FTC, and 2 for a permanent role, and voila!
