there are no interview in hisoft but onsite customer. the interview took less than 10min, just have some questions about the former experice of autmation test; and the senior engineer query other advanced questions(after co-work with he/she one half year, they are just a visitor in this area) and the onsite customer manager showed off they are high-tech state, and bright career future... I am sure that i war cheated that time, especially hisoft cut down the promised sallary.
