I had a 30 minute intro call. I got the questions a few days in advance. They mostly asked about interest in the foundation, a few behavioral questions, how you stay organized, mistake you’ve made, etc. The Interviewer didn’t expect overly well-prepared answers, it was meant to be more conversational
