It was a group interview with the assistant manager. Very easy, low key interview. A lot of questions regarding "what would you do in this situation..." all revolving around customer service. The rest of the questions were just personality/get to know you questions.

It was a fairly easy group interview for multiple seasonal brand rep positions - There were 8 of us in the group interview and they hired 5 of us. It ranged from individual questions to group discussions.

The interview process was very simple. A series of questions will be asked, nothing difficult. Answer them honestly and be sure to show your personality. I was very bubbly and talkative. I believe I was hired because of my personality.
