I worked at Pacific Sunwear full-time

    Pros

Great matching 401k, fun upbeat environment, easy work.

    Cons

He was very hard to get a hold of and when he was visiting the store he would take the role of a supervisor rather than a leader. He would just sit back and supervise by only explaining what an employee was doing wrong. He should have been actively involved in the store and with the employees while also explaining what an employee was doing right rather than only pointing out the negatives.
