- 1.0Nov 26, 2023Sales AssociateFormer Employee, less than 1 year
Pros
none really come to mind
Cons
scheduled interviews with people who did NOT indicate seasonal work on their applications for a seasonal position Failed to indicate the position was seasonal in previously undisclosed GROUP interview Didn't inform two hires until AFTER training that they were actually only seasonal and one of them would be fired at the end of the season management failed to/refused to train new hires on cash register even when specifically asked during slow periods and then routinely put said seasonal employees on cash when the store became busy, and berated them for ringing up customers inaccurately/needing help violated labor laws by expecting employees to arrive early to memorize all sale items in the store before shift, and forcing employees to clock out at the time of store closing then expected them to remain off the clock to clean up the store.

- 1.0Sept 21, 2023BuyerFormer Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
Nice discount, hybrid schedule allows you to WFH a good amount, nice office location, some good coworkers.
Cons
The guys merch team is full of people who have basically only worked at PAC, and now it’s like a clique. They say that they want new people and fresh ideas, but they don’t. They want it to be a little clique that does the same stuff all the time - Their egos are ridiculous; you would think they’re designing for a prestige brand, not a mall store. The ego and narcissism on a daily basis is way too much to deal with. If you don’t believe me, just look at how many open positions they have across merge at all times, it’s a revolving door of your people in and out, because hardly anyone can deal with the people that have been there 10+ years.
