On the spot Phone interview followed by 2 hour assessment, followed by 1:1 face to face, followed by sitting onsite for 2 hours shadow day in office with reps, and ride-along with technician, (Awkward...smh) followed by phone interview with GM/Director, followed by interview with Sales Manager, followed by, interview with head of HR, followed by filling out application, followed by background check, followed by a shadow day in another state with another DOM, followed by a physical, tb test, lift test and drug screen, followed by an offer. Process took 3 months.
