Short and easy. Basic interview questions and nothing out of the ordinary. Business casual attire. Interviewer just wants to get to know you, and the tone is very casual and easy going.

Was a short 30-minute phone call with a nice lady. All very standard questions and no curveballs. I got good feedback during the interview so I was surprised to not go to the next stage. She let me know quickly (within 48 hours) about the outcome which I appreciated.
