Easy.
The CEO recruited me through LinkIn. He then handed me over to their recruiter. The recruiter then set up a in person interview w/ the area manager. The area manager then made a offer during the in person interview.

Interview
1st I was being recruited by the president through either Indeed or Linked. Then met the area rehab director for in person interview. I asked to let me observe at multiple locations of their building to get a feel of the job. They let me since this position req . to work at more than 1 location.

Feel more like a chat. Area director mainly asked about my job experiences and my qualifications. They wanted to offer me full time position, however, I prefer part time.
