PROLIFIQ Web Developer interview questions

The interview was interesting as it was conducted by the CEO, he was straight forward, proud and blunt. I appreciated those qualities and had a mostly positive impression of the CEO (mostly for his unabashed honesty), but unimpressed with the culture he was cultivating. I believe the CEO was looking for confidence and a willingness to work massive hours above experience or any particular personality. I appreciated the honesty as it was clear that I was not compatible with the company.
