      Business Development Manager Interview

      May 24, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PRISM in May 2024

      Interview

Went through 2 rounds of interviews that went well. I was straight up lied to about going to the final Round which was an onsite interview. The goal post moved and all of a sudden they just up and decided they need someone with "direct staffing experience". You don't change priorities halfway through your hiring process unless it's no big deal to waste your time, company time, and the applicant's time. The excuse they gave was they just got some new business that forced them to shift. What would've happened if this business came in after I was hired? I guess they wouldve just fired me. There is nothing more infuriating than comnpanies that change direction on a dime when they have candidates at the final stage of the interview process. Know who and what you're hiring for before you waste people's time.
