Interview
I was emailed to come into the office for a face to face interview with the person that would be my line manager if hired, as well as two other line managers in different ppd offices. It went smooth. It was a typical interview process. It took about an hour and a half and all three managers were very easy to talk to. I was offered the position about a week or so later.
They mostly use the STAR Method for interviewing. I interviewed with 3 different people at the management level. Positive experience overall. There's also a screening with HR prior to the in-person interview.

Basically was a phone conversation and they asked me a few questions about certain situations and how I'd respond to them. They also asked me what my future entailed and how PPD fit into that timeline.

3 interviews in one day, 1 over webex 1 in person & 1 over the phone. They were spread out from 9 - 3 PM so it was a long day. Received an offer the next day. the pay for this position is half of their competitors , no negotiating and they only gave me 10 hours to give a decision.
