Interview is a 3 part process, part 1 is matching with the company, part 2 is a two hour technical and behavioral eval, part 3 is where they fly you out to meet you in person. It was my first interview out of college. Technical involved a lot of knowledge I hadn't reviewed, but the actual employees were very kind about the whole process. I did not get a call back after the second interview.

2-hour interview window that changed into around 3 hours after I was asked to stay and keep talking. We talked about my coursework and how much CAD experience I had. They were very kind and asked a few technical questions along with a short "quiz" on a demonstration.

Great! Great conversation and friendly staff. Had a phone interview and if approved did a in person/teams meeting interview with them. Overall, great process. I'm working for this company now and love it for the job and the environment. Highly recommend this company.
