Interview
I was interview by the president and he said himself that he was not from the billing world. I explain that I have 4 years almost close to 5 and he went and offered me $22 at first. After having a interview with the actual billing supervisor and manager ( to show that I know the billing process) he proceeds to offer me $21. I was willing to negotiate but he is clearing low balling people and putting up false ads of the pay.

Interview
Interviewed with I believe was the owner. He was very aggressive and his questions made no sense and had no bearing on the job applied for. They were looking for someone with at least 3 years experience. The job was posted for $26/ hour. He asked what I was looking for and I said it was listed at $26 and he seemed to get mad. He said I wouldn’t hire you at that. 15 years experience collecting and he wanted to low ball at $19/ hour. Why bother posting for $26 and why so angry?

Wanted to ask about interview questions and how to prepare. Preparation is key. Positivity is key. I think I should elaborate on my education, experience and my valuable attributes.
